QQ Noodle finally opened in Cupertino! Now we don't have to drive to Milpitas just for this. Like the name says, QQ Noodle specializes in noodles, surprise surprise ;)

This is the noodle soup they are most known for. It is the House Special Sour and Spicy Pork Noodle Soup. It is actually very delicious and not as spicy as it looks. The bits of potato, pork and beancurd skin diced up into small chunks gives a very unique texture. The best part though in my opinion has got to be the noodles. These noodles are hand pulled so they are extremely chewy and taste AMAZING. As for the soup, I'm not a huge fan of vinegar so the soup seems to be based on vinegar; thus I'm not a big fan of this soup. However, if you are a huge fan of vinegar, I HIGHLY recommend this. The noodles are amazing and if you love vinegar, you will love the flavor of this. It's the best, that's why it's the "house special."

This is just a side dish we got. Nothing too special, can definitely skip it.

This is the beef noodle soup. Nothing too special in my opinion. The noodles were nowhere near as good as the handpulled ones from the house special noodle soup. There was nothing too special about the soup base either. Very plain; definitely had better.

This is their Chow Mein and let me tell you, this was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE dish of the meal. It even beat the house special noodle soup in my opinion, probably because I don't like vinegar. This Chow mein is soooo flavorful and the noodles are super chewy! Loved everything about this. Would go back just to eat this.

In conclusion, I WILL be back in the future for the chow mein for sure and maybe the house special noodle soup (my dad and sister love the house special). Not sure how often I'll come but I'll definitely be back for the chow mein. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite or if you're just in the mood for noodles!
